The Foundry
This page is about finished things, not plans — and not all of the finished things either.
What’s collected here is the part that came off a line: batch image generation in ComfyUI, icon proposals from gpt-image-2, sound effects from Stable Audio Open, and the software that gathers all of it into libraries. It isn’t a portfolio of everything I’ve made. It’s the slice where the interesting question is the line, not the piece.
Those six collections share one property: each is too large to have been made by hand. 2,545 art assets, 833 Red Chamber pieces, 320 sound effects, 52 software projects — done one at a time, the first collection alone would eat several years. So the interesting part was never whether any single piece looks good. It’s how the line that mass-produced it was built.
Every page shows you the output and explains part of the method — the places that held me up longest, and why they ended up solved the way they did. Not all of it. But the part I do tell is the real part.

How these relate to each other#
They look scattered. They’re six faces of the same thing.
The art library is the collectible codex inside Gantt Planet. The sound library feeds AuditoryCompanion. The 833 Red Chamber pieces are StoneStory’s portraits and scenery. The background-removal code behind the stickers shares its lineage with the one behind the art library. Build a production line for one app, then notice the line can build other things too — that’s the common origin of all six.
Which is also why every number on this page has a cost structure behind it. Not “I work hard.” Rather: the first piece is expensive, the two-thousandth is nearly free. The valuable thing isn’t the two thousand pieces — it’s the slope from one to two thousand.
Wondering whether that slope transfers to your work? The commissions page says what I take on and what I don’t.
