What I Do#
I turn repetitive, rule-following computer work into machinery that runs by itself.
This is not just what I sell — I live on it. Before the market opens, a written morning briefing appears in my inbox; nobody writes it. My trade records check themselves against the broker every day, and only call me when something does not match. A batch of 500 stickers — drawn, background removed, packaged into store-ready files — came out of one run. This site exists in 11 languages; I only wrote the Chinese one. One person cannot do all of that by hand, so I had machines do it. Now I build the same thing on top of your workflow.
If a task is done by a person, on a schedule, by moving things between screens — it is probably automatable, and probably cheaper than you think.
The same machinery also produces things. This site, and the store pages and privacy policies for the nine apps on it, all came out of it — so websites, multilingual publishing, and App Store compliance are also work I take. That is not a second business; it is the other end of the same line.
And some commissions are not about building something new: the thing already exists, but it has gone crooked — an online store, an ERP or inventory system, a CRM, a booking or membership system, an internal back-office — the contractor disappeared, the colleague who wrote it left without a handover, the AI-generated code runs but cannot be changed, orders and payments no longer reconcile. I take those too: audit first, written up so you can read it, then decide what is worth repairing.
What I Build#
You already have customers; I turn the repetitive parts of serving them into machinery — faster delivery, lower labor cost. It does not matter whether you run your own site, a marketplace storefront, an ERP or inventory system, a CRM, a booking system, or a pile of spreadsheets. The first five rows below turn work into machinery. The next four are what that machinery produces. The last one is for systems that already exist and have gone wrong.

What It Costs#
I don’t publish a price list, because no two jobs have the same shape: one script and a full pipeline both get called “automation” and differ tenfold. What actually sets the price is how many hours this thing eats out of your year.
But here is the order of magnitude, so you don’t have to guess:
- A single workflow — one script, one automated report, one batch job, one set of store-compliance pages — lands in the TWD 5,000–15,000 range, usually a few days to a week. This is the best way to start: cheap, and you see the result.
- A full system — an admin panel, real data, several workflows wired together, or an entire multilingual site — lands in the TWD 30,000–100,000 range (a full iOS app up to 150,000), three to eight weeks, of which roughly half is spent waiting on your replies and materials.
If your problem is much smaller than this, off-the-shelf tools will usually solve it. I’ll say so, rather than selling you a project.
How It Works#
- You write to me. One email describing the workflow: what happens today, which tools are involved, where it hurts.
- I reply with a fixed quote. Scope, deliverables, price, timeline, and acceptance criteria you can tick off. If I don’t think this is worth outsourcing, I’ll say so — and you’ve spent nothing.
- Build → document → hand off. You get a working system, a runbook your team can operate, and full ownership of the code. Designed so you don’t need me afterwards.
Every account — domain, hosting, payments, LINE Official Account, API keys — is opened in your name from day one. When the job ends, nothing is stuck with me.
After Handoff#
- Six-month bug-fix warranty. If anything on the acceptance checklist stops running as agreed within six months of handoff, I fix it at no charge. Environment changes, platform updates and new features are outside the warranty — those are a new small commission.
- No retainers, no maintenance fees. The handoff documentation exists so you don’t need me afterwards — you shouldn’t be paying monthly just in case.
- Want a new feature later, or your environment changed (a system update, a platform redesign)? That’s a new fixed-scope job: scoped once, quoted once, built once. You pay when you actually need something.
The parts that predictably change — recipients, frequency, thresholds, paths — are built as plain-text config. Changing a setting means editing one line, not editing code, and not calling me.
What I Don’t Do#
No open-ended “AI transformation” consulting. I automate specific, nameable workflows, and the savings are hours you can count. If what you want is a strategy deck, I’m not that person.
