What I Do#
I turn repetitive, rule-following computer work into machinery that runs by itself.
This is not just what I sell — I live on it. Before the market opens, a written morning briefing appears in my inbox; nobody writes it. My trade records check themselves against the broker every day, and only call me when something does not match. A batch of 500 stickers — drawn, background removed, packaged into store-ready files — came out of one run. This site exists in 11 languages; I only wrote the Chinese one. One person cannot do all of that by hand, so I had machines do it. Now I build the same thing on top of your workflow.
If a task is done by a person, on a schedule, by moving things between screens — it is probably automatable, and probably cheaper than you think.
The same machinery also produces things. This site, and the store pages and privacy policies for the nine apps on it, all came out of it — so websites, multilingual publishing, and App Store compliance are also work I take. That is not a second business; it is the other end of the same line.
What I Build#
Five kinds of machinery, and four kinds of thing that machinery produces:
- LINE automation — customer-service replies, group summaries, order and shipping notifications.
- Reconciliation & reporting — orders against payments, daily revenue or inventory reports mailed out on a schedule.
- Data movement & scheduling — scraping sites and back-offices, cross-system import/export, timed sync.
- Document & email processing — email triage, invoice and PDF extraction, auto-filing and summaries.
- AIGC content & video pipelines — batch image work, multilingual copy, sticker and graphic production, script in and finished video out.
- Multilingual sites & content back-office — the site, plus a browser-based editor so you can change content without a developer, plus an audit that blocks a broken publish.
- SEO & AI visibility — structured data, cross-language link markup, auto-generated share cards,
llms.txt. - App Store submission & compliance — store copy and screenshots, multilingual listings, hosted privacy and support pages, submission and rejection appeals.
- iOS app development (commissioned) — a complete app on the App Store, with full ownership of the code.
Most of these run at zero monthly cost once handed over, because nothing in them depends on AI at run time. Where AI is genuinely needed, it runs on your own API key, with budget caps and usage alerts included.
Not sure which one your problem fits? Just describe it in writing — categorizing it is my job, not yours.
What It Costs#
I don’t publish a price list; what sets the price is how many hours the work eats out of your year. But the order of magnitude, so you don’t have to guess: a single workflow — one script, one automated report, one set of store-compliance pages — is low five figures TWD and one to two weeks. A full system — admin panel, real data, several workflows wired together, or an entire multilingual site — is six figures TWD and six to ten weeks.
If your problem is much smaller than this, off-the-shelf tools will usually solve it. I’ll say so, rather than selling you a project.
How It Works#
- You write to me. One email describing the workflow: what happens today, which tools are involved, where it hurts.
- I reply with a fixed quote. Scope, deliverables, price, timeline, and acceptance criteria you can tick off. If I don’t think this is worth outsourcing, I’ll say so — and you’ve spent nothing.
- Build → document → hand off. You get a working system, a runbook your team can operate, and full ownership of the code. Designed so you don’t need me afterwards.
Every account — domain, hosting, payments, LINE Official Account, API keys — is opened in your name from day one. When the job ends, nothing is stuck with me.
After Handoff#
- 30-day defect window. If the system doesn’t run to the agreed acceptance criteria within 30 days of handoff, I fix it at no charge.
- No retainers, no maintenance fees. The handoff documentation exists so you don’t need me afterwards — you shouldn’t be paying monthly just in case.
- Want a new feature later, or your environment changed? That’s a new fixed-scope job: scoped once, quoted once, built once. You pay when you actually need something.
What I Don’t Do#
No open-ended “AI transformation” consulting. I automate specific, nameable workflows, and the savings are hours you can count. If what you want is a strategy deck, I’m not that person.
